Hi, I’m Denny. I help adults get genuinely, sustainably healthy.
I’ve spent over a decade coaching beginners through their first deadlift, 40+ professionals dialing in body comp around busy lives, and competitive bodybuilders, powerlifters, and sport athletes prepping for the stage, the platform, or the season ahead. Different goals, same philosophy: programs you can keep doing, through travel, holidays, surgery recoveries, life.
