The story
How I got here.
I came to coaching the long way. Years of training myself, through plateaus, injuries, rebuilds, and competing on stage long enough to earn my IFBB Pro card, taught me that what works isn’t the loudest plan or the trendiest macro split. What works is a plan you can keep doing for a long time, tuned by someone who’s paying attention.
The other half of my life looked nothing like the gym. Years in Fortune 500 senior leadership roles, long hours, demanding schedules, real stakes. Along the way I picked up a bachelor’s and six master’s degrees in different fields, because the curiosity never really stopped. That background isn’t why I coach. It’s why I understand the people I coach.
I’ve since spent over a decade coaching beginners through their first deadlift, 40+ professionals trying to keep up with their kids and their careers, and competitive bodybuilders, powerlifters, and sport athletes chasing the stage, the platform, or new endurance and mobility benchmarks. Different goals, same philosophy: sustainable beats spectacular, every time.
The people I work with aren’t looking for someone to scream at them or hand them a 12-week miracle. They want a coach who reads the data, knows the science, knows their life, and adjusts the plan accordingly. That’s the practice.
How I coach
Three things I believe.

Sustainable beats spectacular.
The plan that gets results is the plan you can do consistently. I won't sell you a 30-day fix because 30 days isn't where transformations live.

Coach the person, not the protocol.
Your history, schedule, kitchen, injuries, energy, and life are inputs to the program. Templates don't know any of that.

Honest accountability.
I'll tell you when you're crushing it. I'll also tell you when the data says you skipped check-ins and your sleep was four hours. The point is forward.

Why healthyand.fit.
healthyand.fit exists because I wanted a practice that does one thing well , real coaching for adults who want their health to last. Not a SaaS, not a community, not an influencer brand. A coaching practice with a tools-and-content library attached.
If it doesn’t fit your life, it isn’t sustainable. And if it isn’t sustainable, it isn’t coaching, it’s a stunt.
Outside this practice, I’ve also built FitContext.ai, a separate venture exploring how coaches deliver better client experiences. The two products live independent lives, different audiences, different commercial models.
