Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Anytime. Step up when you need more support, step down when you're cruising. No fees, no contracts, no friction. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I travel a lot?
Coaching that doesn't survive a business trip isn't coaching. Every plan I build assumes travel, hotel gyms, weddings, holidays. The point is that you keep going, the cadence flexes around your life, not the other way around.
What does the client portal look like?
You'll get access to a private healthyand.fit portal, your training plan, nutrition targets, weekly check-ins, messaging with me, and your progress history all in one place. Built for the work, not for gamification.
Do I need to be at a gym?
No. Home, gym, garage setup, programming adapts to what you have. If equipment changes (you join a gym, you travel, you get a barbell for the garage), the plan adapts.
